Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original tags must be attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jessicapatton@fashionistamodeshop.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process a full refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is a result of our error. In the case of a defective or damaged item, Fashionista Mode LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.
